Missy started yoga a few years ago, her daughter bought a yoga package for her as a gift. “It has been one of the best gifts that I have ever received. I am an anxious person and yoga has been my ""go to" for peace of mind and a healthy body.” Missy says. Her favorite class at Hippie is Peace, Love and a Healthy Back. Her favorite yoga pose is Child's Pose.
Missy keeps coming to yoga because she says “I love the way my overall body and mind feels after yoga. My mind is clear and my body feels strengthened. I am now able to control my anxiety by using different poses, many breathing techniques and meditation. I enjoy all of the stretching for my muscle tone and my overall balance has improved.”
