November is Self-Care Month at Hippie Yoga

Before the holiday chaos kicks in, let’s slow things down a notch. November is all about refilling your own cup, so you’ve got something left to pour for everyone else later.
Self-care doesn’t have to mean a fancy retreat or an hour of silence (though we’d take that too). It can be as simple as:
Taking a few extra breaths before checking your phone
Rolling out your mat even when you only have 10 minutes
Saying “no” without guilt
Booking a yoga class that makes you feel good, not punished
