Fran started yoga as a good way to exercise and stretch but also to help with her lower back pain. She finds it is a great way to start her day and that she is finding it is easier to get up from the floor when playing with her grandchildren.
She started only taking one or two classes a week but fell in love with yoga and now attends four or five times a week. This year she has attended over 100 classes!
Some of her favorite classes are Peace Frog, Peace, Love and a Healthy Back and Hippie Basics. Fran’s favorite yoga poses are cat/cow and twists.
