After completing physical therapy for lower back pain, Barbara gave Hippie Yoga a try. To her surprise the yoga classes contained many of the same treatments from physical therapy. Some of the benefits she had found from yoga is that it helps her leg pain, increased her core strength, and her doctors have lowered her blood pressure medications.
Barbara’s favorite yoga class is “whatever one I’m in.” If you have seen her in class, it will be no surprise, her favorite yoga pose is legs up the wall. You will find her in it most mornings before class and for shavasana.
