Barb started practicing yoga as a way to de-stress. “Yoga was a comforting activity that has given me more than I was expecting” says Barb. She keep coming to yoga because she want to increase her flexibility, work on balance and maintain mobility. “I like the way my body feels at the end of a session, yoga is a great way to start my day.”
Barb's favortie class is a yin style class and her favorite pose the Thread the Needle.
