Hippie Yoga's Meditation Challenge Starts February 1st

Hippie Yoga’s yearly meditation challenge asks you to commit to 40 consecutive days of meditation. If you skip a day, you must start back at day one. That is the challenge. The meditation needs to be a minimum of 5 minutes of a meditation. I encourage you to make it more than 5 minutes if you have done this challenge before.

You do not need to sign up just start meditating, keep track of your days and let us know how it is going.
