February is Meditation Month

Every February, we do something simple and powerful at Hippie. We slow things down. We turn inward. And we practice meditation together.
This year, it feels more important than ever for me personally.
I’ve had a challenging year. A lot of balls in the air. Professionally, I started a brand new business. Exciting, yes. Easy? Not even a little. At the same time, my husband has had some health challenges that required more energy, attention, and emotional bandwidth than I expected.
All of it is life. Real life. And in the middle of it, my meditation practice fell off. A little… and sometimes a lot.
That’s actually one of the biggest reasons I do this challenge every year.
Not because I’m “good” at meditation. But because I know how much better I feel when I come back to it.
When I meditate consistently, I feel more grounded. I’m less reactive. I have more space between things happening and how I respond to them. There’s more peace, even when life is still busy.
So this February, I’m inviting you to join me for our
28-Day Meditation Challenge.
Here’s how it works:
• 28 consecutive days of meditation• If you miss a day, you start back at Day 1• No shame, no guilt, just start again
I’ve missed days before. Sometimes one, sometimes two, sometimes three. And every time, I just come back to it. That’s the practice.
The challenge is $10 to play, and you’ll get:• A daily email from me every day in February• Short, approachable meditation ideas and tips• Support whether you’re brand new or returning• A Highly Meditated sticker, even if you don't complete the whole 28 days• And the feeling of doing something meaningful for yourself
This challenge isn’t about being perfect or calm all the time. It’s about showing up, even imperfectly, and doing it together.
If you’ve been feeling a little scattered, overwhelmed, or just craving some mental space, this is your invitation.
