100 classes. One year. Totally doable.

January always brings a lot of noise about goals, resolutions, and “getting back on track. ”So let’s do this the Hippie way.
You may have heard about our Century Club, the goal of taking 100 classes in a year. At first glance, that can sound… ambitious. Maybe even a little intimidating.
But here’s the reframe we love.
100 classes over a year breaks down to about 2 classes a week.
That’s it.
Not every week will look perfect. Some weeks you’ll come more. Some weeks life will absolutely life. That’s normal. The Century Club isn’t about never missing. It’s about having something steady to come back to when motivation dips, schedules change, or energy feels low.
This goal isn’t about pushing harder or doing more. It’s about building a relationship with your practice that can handle real life. Winter. Busy seasons. Travel. Stress. All of it.
One of the simplest ways to make this feel doable is to pick two anchor classes. These are the classes you mentally treat as non-negotiable most weeks. They live on your calendar. They become part of your rhythm. Everything else is bonus.
Your anchors might be:
A Healthy Back class that keeps you feeling good
A Basic class that feels steady and familiar
A flow that challenges you just enough
Two totally different classes that balance each other out
There’s no “right” choice. The best anchors are the ones you’ll actually show up for.
You don’t have to start strong. You don’t have to be perfect. You don’t even have to start in January. You just have to start where you are.
Your mat will meet you there.
