February is Meditation Month




Every February at Hippie Yoga is dedicated to meditation. Meditation is a primary piece of yoga and can make a big impact on our wellbeing. It is a simple concept but sometime not so easy to practice.

Meditation gives us the opportunity to sit and process. Sometimes this is wonderful. We can slow the mind down and feel refreshed. Other times it is challenging. The mind bounces around and it can be frustrating. All of this is part of the process. With practice and consistency, we learn about ourselves and grow. This makes even the frustrating days wonderful.

If you are looking to give meditation a try or try out some different style of meditation, check out all the event we will have during February.
