This program is for you! Hippie Yoga is introducing the Beginner’s Journey. This program is designed for people who do not have a regular movement practice, who want to feel better in their bodies, who may have tried yoga once or twice before and/or who need a little more support, motivation, or guidance.

In this program you will receive:

· A one-on-one assessment and goal setting conversation. An experienced Hippie Yoga instructor will help you formulate a plan to meet your wellness goals through yoga. We will talk about the reasons you are interested in starting yoga now, what things can hold you back, the best classes to help reach your goals and realistically how often you can attend classes.

· One month of unlimited yoga classes. At your goal setting session we will register you for the classes that will help you meet your wellness goals and fit your schedule.

· Weekly accountability check-ins. Each week we will check in with you for a conversation about progress. We want to see how you are feeling, which classes are working for you and adjust as needed.
