We are thrilled to announce the launch of our latest class: Hippie Strength! At Hippie Yoga, we're always seeking innovative ways to allow your yoga practice to be more functional in your lives. Hippie Strength is the perfect embodiment stability, strength and flow.

Hippie Strength is a revolutionary fusion of yoga and strength training, where we blend the serene flow of yoga with the empowering benefits of weights or resistance bands. It's a dynamic class designed to elevate both your body and your spirit.

Join us as we flow through yoga sequences infused with elements of resistance training. Through mindful movement and breath awareness, you'll challenge your muscles in new and invigorating ways, building strength, stability, and endurance while maintaining the grace and fluidity of yoga.
