Yoga 101: Your Launchpad to a Stronger, Smarter Practice




Whether you’ve never stepped on a mat—or you’re a regular in class—Yoga 101 is your chance to build a strong foundation and deepen your connection to your practice.

 

Over 5 weeks, we’ll take time to slow down and really understand yoga from the inside out:

🔸 Yoga Philosophy Each session includes 30–45 minutes exploring the roots and meaning of yoga in a way that’s relatable and beginner-friendly.

🔸 Pose Dissection We’ll spend 45–60 minutes breaking down common poses, alignment tips, and modifications to help you move confidently and safely.

🔸 Mindful Breathing You’ll learn how breath supports your body, your focus, and your emotional well-being—on and off the mat.

 

This series is designed to support two types of students:

Brand-new or intimidated? Yoga 101 creates a welcoming space where no one expects you to already know the moves. We’ll meet you where you are and help you feel at ease, one breath at a time.

Been coming to class but want more? You’ll deepen your understanding of alignment, purpose, and how to get more out of every class. Ask the questions you’ve been holding onto and finally get real answers.
