Start your journey toward a calmer, more mindful life with Hippie Yoga’s Meditation Challenge this February!

 

The goal? Meditate for 28 consecutive days—at least 5 minutes of seated meditation each day. Miss a day?  You will need to restart from Day 1 and keep going. That is the challenge!

 

As part of the challenge, you’ll receive daily inspiration and guidance via email from April to help you stay motivated, along with a journal to track your progress and reflect on your experience.

Those that are new to meditation can attend the Meditation Workshop on January 31st.  Any who attends the workshop will automatically be registered for the challenge.  Keep scrolling down to register for the workshop,
