Expressing Gratitude


This year has been challenging for most of us. It has been stressful, and the future feels uncertain. It can be hard to stay positive and keep from going in a downward spiral of negative thoughts. I have found that in times like these if I practice some gratitude it helps me remember the good things. This does not mean that I forget the things that need to change. It just lets me remember there are good things too.

Starting a daily gratitude meditation practice is a great way to remember to express gratitude each day for the good things in life. This meditation only takes about 5 minutes. Give yourself the gift of five minutes to express some gratitude with me.
