Day 24 of 25 Days of Yoga Joy

This pose can be challenging sometimes.  Just lying in stillness.  At times it can take me a few minutes to full let go and relax, but once I do it is like heaven.  I highly recommend using props to make sure you are as comfortable as you can be.  Use a blanket to cover yourself, or a bolster under your knees to soften the low back or a sandbag on your chest to ease anxiety.
