Day 23 of 25 Days of Yoga Joy




Supta Baddha Konasana, is not only fun to say but is a great place to relax and let go in.  You can use blocks or folded blankets under the knees to soften this pose or place a sandbag along the chest to ease anxiety.  Lingering her can release tension in the hips, thighs, pelvic floor, and low back.  This is a wonderful option for savasana.
