Kathy started yoga when her doctor recommended it after she was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. The biggest benefit she has gained from yoga is that her anxiety has been put on the “back burner” and replaced with excitement and peace.
Kathy always enters the studio with a smile and is excited to be in class. She loves all the classes except Hot Yoga. Her favorite poses are balancing poses. She finds them challenging and loves it.
