Crocodile Pose

Crocodile pose is what I call an “iceberg pose.” On the surface it looks so simple, like you are not doing anything. However, there are so many things going on under the surface. You are easing tension in the low back, hips, and shoulders, massaging your digestive organs, calming your nervous system and so much more. Spend a few minutes in Crocodile pose and your will feel great!
