Sarah started yoga in 2001 on a whim to try something new, and has been practicing and learning ever since. She feels that each time you step onto your mat, you are exactly where you are supposed to be, and that each student gains exactly what they need at that very moment. Each class and each student offers something unique to either a personal or shared experience, and everyone is welcome.


As a 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher RYT-200 with certifications in Slow Flow, Vinyasa, and Yin Yogas, Sarah is a passionate and skilled instructor who creates safe and effective classes for each and every body
