Linda first walked into a yoga studio in 2010, looking for a complement to her circuit training, and she was hooked after just one class. She came to love the mind-body connection found on the mat which transferred off the mat as well.

Linda decided to take the next step in her yoga journey and completed her 200 Hour Yoga Alliance teacher training at Santosha Yoga.


Linda’s goal in every practice is to have students feel comfortable and safe to honor their bodies where they are in the moment, while encouraging them to grow in their practice. Linda favors basic, yin, and restorative styles of yoga, and appreciates Ashtanga for its ability to help students recognize their own growth.


Linda likes to say, “I came for a workout, and stayed for the yoga!”
