
Yoga 101: A 5-Week Foundational Series
Whether you're brand new to yoga or looking to deepen your understanding of the practice, Yoga 101 is your gateway to the heart of yoga. This 5-week series blends rich philosophy with practical movement to create a well-rounded introduction to yoga—on and off the mat.
Each 90-minute session includes:

30–45 minutes of engaging discussion on a key yoga philosophy theme

45–60 minutes of pose breakdowns with variations and props

A printed handout to take home and reflect on

A buddy pass to bring a friend to class with you

5 additional classes to apply what you’ve learned in real time (included for non-members only)

July 22: Yamas (Ethical Guidelines) | Warrior I & II, Crescent, Runner’s Lunge

July 29: Niyamas (Inner Disciplines) | Dancer, Warrior III, Half Moon, Spinal Extension, Side Plank/Gate

August 5th: Meditation & Stillness | Easy Seat, Supine Twist, Child’s Pose
