Same pose. Different body. Different day.

If you've been practicing Figure Four with us this month, you may have noticed something:
The same pose doesn't feel the same every damn day.
Some days, Reclined Figure Four feels great.
Other days your hip says, "Absolutely not."
That's why knowing different ways to practice a pose matters.
You can use a strap. Add a block. Change your position. Take the pose to a chair. You can make it more supportive or add a little more challenge.
None of those versions is the "easy" or "lesser" version.
They're just different tools.
Part of practicing yoga is learning what your body needs instead of forcing it to do what you think the pose is supposed to look like.
And that can change from day to day.
