Laughter Yoga


Yes! This is a real thing! Laughter Yoga is a practice of laughing for no reason at all. The goal is to increase the flow of oxygen to the body and mind, and exhale the carbon dioxide and waste materials of the cells in a hearty, heart-centered practice of conscious breathing and full-throated laughter.

In-studio registration $25

We begin with a gentle warm up, a pranayama practice to expand lung capacity and diaphragmatic breathing, then move into the laughter exercises, with rest periods in between, and ending with some gentle cool down postures and a guided meditation and savasana. Don't think too much about it! Increase endorphin activity for a feel good time!
