Are You Struggling with Something?


If you are struggling with something in your life right now, try a little self-compassion meditation.

Find a comfortable place to sit or lay down.

Take a couple long, slow, deep breaths and close your eyes.

Place your hand on your heart.

Repeat the following phrases to yourself.

“I am having a hard time right now.”

“Everyone feels this way sometimes.”

“May I be kind to myself in this moment.”

“May I give myself the compassion I need.”

Repeat them a few more times.

Then allow yourself to receive the compassion.

When you are ready open your eyes.
