Julie began her yoga journey in 2005, as a way to ease back pain and recover from injury. It wasn’t long before she realized this was not just an “exercise practice.” As soon as she visited her first studio, she was hooked. Her practice started to evolve more and more with every hour spent on the mat. She began to thoroughly enjoy how yoga was an experience for the mind, body and soul.
She began my 200 hour teacher training in 2017, and loved every minute of it. More recently, she completed my 500 hour advanced teacher training, and can’t wait to share all that she has learned. She is excited to guide all of her students on their own yoga journey, and look forward to helping them find peace along the path.
