April started yoga to move her body but it has been the mental benefits that keeps her practicing yoga. She has found yoga to be a great way to learn about yourself…your complete self; body, mind, and spirit.
April is currently a 500 E-RYT. Yoga is her passion and she wants to share the many benefits of yoga with everyone. April wants her yoga students to feel better when they leave class! She teaches light-hearted classes that physically moves the body while incorporating self-care skills that they might take off the mat. Relaxation is always a part of classes.
In 2018 April took her passion for healthy feet to the next level and trained in reflexology. If you feet are healthy and pain free you can be mobile your entire life. Reflexology help you relax and maintain your over all health.
