After being diagnosed with Lupus in 2018, Ann’s brother suggested she try yoga. She had found that practicing yoga has helped her reduce her stress as well as reduce her hip and back pain. You can find Ann in the evening classes. She loves to practice in studio but does yoga as home when she cannot attend the in-studio classes.
Her favorite class is Peace Frog. She loves Goddess pose and side plank.
