Tara fell in love with yoga as a practice to strengthen the body and bring peace to the spirit. She has been practicing for ten years and was trained in a year-long program focused on sutras, anatomy, and alignment rooted in Ashtanga based yoga. 


She believes consistent practice over time can bring transformation for anybody who is willing to commit, and that the self-awareness that comes from time on our mats is life-changing. Her classes are accessible to all levels of practitioners and personal attention will be offered to bring greater alignment within the practice
