With a background in Ashtanga, Monica tries to bring the importance of breath work and bandhas to each class. Her goal is to guide students in the direction to find their own individual edge during practice but also a place of comfort on their mats.
She received her RYT 200 hour training from Red Lotus School of Yoga in Rochester, MI and is currently taking her second teacher training program.
Monica works to teach correct alignment and breath work throughout a variety of poses to challenge and relax each student.
Monica believes yoga is a practice for every body and every one.
