” I found yoga about 6 years ago when i sought help to ease the suffering I felt . After years of anxiety and being in a physically abusive marriage I had chronic physical pain and was diagnosed with PTSD. As soon as i got quiet on a mat my body began to soften and my heart followed. I had no idea how much it would change my life. I had no idea how not “fine” I really was.
So I left my career of 15 years and decided that this is what I am meant to do. And as a single mama to 4 amazing little humans that was not easy. But I have never looked back. Yoga has impacted my life and brought healing to my body and soul in ways I can’t put into words. I consider it such a honor and privilege to share this healing with others. Yoga does not still the mind but it can help to quiet the storm.”
