Creating and maintaining a daily meditation can be life changing. Each year Hippie Yoga does a meditation Challenge to encourage and support you in starting a daily meditation practice. Challenge starts February 1st!
40 consecutive days of meditation.
You only need 5 minutes of meditation is see and feel a change.
So at least 5 minutes for 40 days. If you skip a day you have to start back at day one.
All you have to do is sign up for the challenge and start meditating. We will email you along the way with tips and encouragement.
