Basic Core Yoga

Basic Core Yoga every Thursday at 4:30 pm

Basic Core Yoga is a basic yoga class that focuses on the building strength in your fundamental core muscles.  Your fundamental core muscles help support the spinal column and stabilizes the body when standing, sitting and moving. In this class you will move through some basic yoga poses that emphasize building a stronger core.  The poses will be adapted to accommodate all levels of experience.
